Graphus

To protect you against sophisticated email attacks, we are activating an email security solution named Graphus.  

Email attacks are the #1 reason for network and data breaches. Social-engineering tactics are becoming more common and more sophisticated. Simply replying to an email, clicking a link, or opening a malicious attachment can result in malware or ransomware entering your organisation. 

Our solution reduces this risk by automatically quarantining malicious emails for you, preventing them from ever reaching your inbox.  

Important: Please keep an eye on your junk email folder, as Graphus may move suspicious emails there. If a legitimate email ends up in junk, move it back to your inbox and click “Mark as Safe” to help train the algorithm. 

If Graphus believes an email is suspicious, but is unsure, it will insert an interactive warning banner in the email (see example below). 

After reading the warning message, if you agree that the email is indeed a threat, click Mark as Unsafe.  The email will automatically be removed from your inbox and your IT Security team will be notified. However, if you are certain the message is not suspicious, click Mark as Safe and the banner will be removed from the email. 

Providing explicit feedback by clicking Mark as Unsafe or Mark as Safe protects our organization in real-time from sophisticated email attacks, and doing so enables the Graphus AI to “learn” how to treat future emails from the sender. The more you respond to this Email Banner, the better your results will be.
